Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund and may be returned to you at your expense.

Important: Do not return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Returns without RA numbers may be delayed or rejected.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • International Returns: International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

Shipping Method

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

Fast Exchange Option: To ensure you receive your new item quickly, you can place a new order before returning your original item. You will be refunded for the returned item once we process your return.
